PSC 3821 - CRIMINAL LAW II: SUBSTANTIVECRIMINAL LAW credits: 3.0 Crosslisted/Same As: CRJ 3821 CRJ 3821 -PSC 3821. A survey of the general principles of criminal law including general assumptions, elements of a crime, defenses. Problems in the operation of criminal law are illustrated by case examples drawn from various states and the federal system. Method of Instruction: Lecture and class discussion. Method of Evaluation: Exams, possible papers, participation, and case briefing.
