To develop an understanding of the basic skills and fundamentals of the three, four or five-step approach as well as proper techniques for picking up splits. The rules of scoring will also be covered. s. Written quizzes for terminology and scoring methods. Method of Instruction: A) Lane instruction including terms, rules and regulations; B) Etiquette, footwork, hand-eye ball coordination and the Board Adjustment Spare System (B.A.S.S.). Method of Evaluation: Class attendance, participation and daily improvements. Check skills as student progress in class. Written quizzes for terminology and scoring methods.
