A study of intellectual and other developmental disabilities from both interdisciplinary and historical perspectives. Method of Instruction: The course will be taught through lecture, the use of guest speakers and visitations to area facilities. Films and audio-visual materials will also be used. Method of Evaluation: Class participation, examination, short paper, and short class presentation concerning a visitation.
