BIO 1211L - ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY II LAB credits: 0.0 Objectives: The student will be able to identify the gross and microscopic components of the following systems: Circulatory, respiratory, digestive, excretory, reproductive and endocrine. To explain the physical and physiological (function) mechanisms of the above systems. To describe and explain the control of the systems. To recognize and indicate ways in which the systems may malfunction. Method of Instruction: Three hours of lecture plus three hours of laboratory per week. Laboratories will be taught using preserved mammals for dissection, slides, models, films, and demonstration. Method of Evaluation: There will be weekly laboratory quizzes, two lecture examinations and a comprehensive final exam. Lab Fee: $75.00.
Prerequisite(s): BIO 1210 ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY I LAB Co-Requisite(s): MUST BE TAKEN WITH LECTURE BIO 1211.
