ACC 3541 - INTERMEDIATE ACCOUNTING II credits: 3.0 Crosslisted/Same As: FIN 3541 ACC 3541-FIN 3541 . This course is a continuation of the first semester in the study of accounting theory and concepts relating to financial accounting and financial statement presentation of operating results, financial position, and cash flow. Accounting for non-current liabilities and owner’s equity professional literature and resource materials. Method of Instruction: Lecture and discussion. The student will be expected to read assigned materials prior to class and to be prepared to take an active part in classroom discussions and in the solution of assigned problems. Method of Evaluation: Three examinations, quizzes, and a research/project will be considered in determining the student’s final grade.
