FIN 1900 - INTRODUCTION TO INVESTMENTS

Designed to provide the student with a basic understanding of the objectives of investing and the investment alternatives which are currently available to the individual investor. Investment decisions will be considered in light of changing market conditions. Current issues which may affect the securities industry and the investor will also be discussed. Method of Instruction: Lectures and discussion. Method of Evaluation: Two exams, quizzes, and a project.
