MGT 5015 - LEADERSHIP credits: 3.0 Intended for those who are planning to lead or interact with leaders. Will assess principal approaches to leadership and examine how they can be employed to improve leadership in real situations. Attention will be given to setting direction, clarifying the big picture, building a long term vision, setting a strategy to create change, and employing negotiation and conflict resolution. Special attention will be given the role of women in leadership ethics.
Prerequisite(s): Masters in Management program.
