MGT 5001 - Management Process

credits: 3.0 or 6.0
This course is designed to acquaint the student with the basic principles of management as a discipline and a process. Study of the organization of management function and the people who perform it; human resource issues such as supervision, delegation, and motivation; theories of decision making and ethical considerations are included.
