ART 6615 - Advanced Painting

This course is designed to provide opportunities for advanced study in painting. Students will work independently with frequent consultation with the instructor. Extensive studio production of high professional quality is required. Aesthetic, technical, and historical knowledge of the medium will be expected. Students will build a cohesive body of work with individual choice of medium and subject matter under the close supervision of the instructor. Advanced skills techniques and concepts will be explored.
